What makes GreenPan cookware different from traditional non-stick pans?
Our cookware features Thermolon, a healthy ceramic non-stick coating derived from sand. It is free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium, ensuring no toxic fumes are released even if accidentally overheated.
Is GreenPan cookware dishwasher safe?
While many of our collections are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing with a soft sponge and warm soapy water to maintain the integrity of the ceramic non-stick coating for as long as possible.
Can I use metal utensils with my GreenPan products?
To preserve the life of your ceramic coating, we recommend using silicone, plastic, or wooden utensils. While some of our advanced ranges are metal-utensil safe, nylon or wood will always provide the best longevity.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. We offer free shipping on all orders over $99. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the items are in their original packaging.
Does GreenPan cookware work on induction stovetops?
Many of our collections, such as the Venice Pro and GP5 lines, feature Magneto induction technology for high performance on all stovetops. Please check the 'Specifications' section on the product page to confirm induction compatibility.
